We registered in a company called Matrimony life partner based in Nagpur Maharashtra.
The site name being: www.matrimonylifepartner.com
We transferred the money – Rs.3000 to Shital Thakur at no 7620666684 via Paytm no 9051933131 Wallet Txn ID: 12568166378 .
This transaction was done on 18.07.2017.
They said to give us the number of the guy to whose father they made us talk to via their phone and details were shared on Whatsapp.
They promised to give us the number also to provide the ID and password for the site once the money is transferred.
After the transfer no one picked up the phone on the company. if we called with other number they use to pickup and then use to cut the calls saying we will provide soon with out any information.
After giving many calls , messages and more we did not receive any response from the company .
We request to please investigate about this matter.
We don not want the services from such a company just we want the money back. We cannot trust some one this irresponsible to carry forward our daughter’s marriage proposals.
