Allegedly duped by an online matrimony portal based in Jamshedpur recently. As per his complaint, a woman claiming to be an employee of ‘Matrimony Rishtey’, had promised to help him find a suitable bride for me . sidharth baghla had uploaded the own profile on the website and was shown the photo of a prospective bride online.
The woman (Kavita Kumari Mobile No [Protected]) employee later allegedly demanded Rs 4500 as registration charges for going ahead with the process. After negotiation, sidharth bagla paid Rs 4000 to the bank account of one Himanshu Kumar Pathak mobile No [Protected]as told by her. He later found that the money was transferred to the Dimna Road branch of Canara Bank.
Soon after the transaction, the woman snapped all communication and kept on giving excuses, said sidharth bagla said he had complained through online portal of cyber crime and National Consumer Court regarding the alleged cheating by the matrimonial site and I am contact the owner of the company and communication through the whatssapp regarding the return amount.
He was said that I ready to refund the amount but I wait a 24 hr but he was not refund the amount he was giving the excuses. letter I was check the company website I found that the all of the website https://matrimonyrishtey.com/ content all fake and company not follow the government guideline and I call the himanshu pathak but he was not response my whatsapp and calling now I want to take the legal.
