Firstly, Maven Infotech is blacklisted from NASSCOM as this company works in SCAM process of tech support.
So if you work in this company then this work experience will not be counted.
Secondly, the good reviews you see in glassdoor (1-9). All these reviews are fake. When the company was having bad image then they asked their employees to make fake accounts and write good reviews about MAVEN.If you will notice in all these 1-9 posts in glassdoor, they have praised about those matters which were the points raised in complains.
Now just read my honest feedback and decide whether you want to join this org or not.
Pros:
1) Free complimentary lunch/dinner. Tea/Coffee.
2) Free transport (not provided to all).
3) Ecospace ambience (company’s location).
4) Better salary offered to freshers than other company.
Cons:
** Your phone gets submitted. You are detached from the world for next 10 hours.
1) No proper job role. So no career growth.
2) Termination happens on a daily basis. CCE get hired then within 2-3days they get fired. For IT profiles, they will hire you, then they will give you a task. After you complete it. They will say that its not good. Then terminate you. This way they get their jobs done. For other profiles also termination can happen anytime without any proper reason.
3) No training given to freshers. (Only CCE get 10days training, but mostly get terminated during training only)
4) No proper management. Nobody is approachable for help or advice or guidance.
5) Salary gets deducted without any proper reason. So the offered salary is never given.
6) Many female employees have left due to physical abuses by the superiors.
7) They will force you to do extra hours of work without any extra pay. (Many times you have to stretch for extra3-4 hours)
8) They do not provide PF but deduct it from your salary. They also ask you to work on National Holiday but without paying extra. ( as per rules if a company asks its employees to work on National holiday then it has to pay double salary)
9) Their is the surveillance and audit department which gets incentives if they can manage to get any complaints about you. Therefore, where ever you go 1 surveillance guy will always follow you. You can’t talk to other department people. You can’t go out with your colleagues in the lunch time also. Your personal phones(whatsapp) are checked to see what are the things you chat among colleagues after office. If you want to take a walk in Ecospace in your break time, then just stop. You will notice 1 surveillance coming behind you. Because they feel you are going to give interview in other company. If any employee leaves company then these surveillance and auditor also check whether those people are still in touch with any existing employees on Facebook or if they catch them meeting out of office then its a problem.
In short, the pros I mentioned ultimately became cons. BEWARE !! Once you join this company , your life will become eye-spy game with working like a bull and gaining nothing at all. Its a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE !!!!
Maven infotech does nt provide any proper offer letter. That means u are nt their employee. So they cn terminate u anytime. Its a fraud comlany running some scam process. They will screw ur life and spoil ur career.
I request all 2 join hands & complain 2 police abt this fraud co.they r cheating everybdy. Our own country & also foreign ppl. This company wil spoil ur life. Dnt do job here.
I gave interview thrice . Every time they said hr will inform me after 2-3 days. Interview procedure is very slow. I won’t go to this company again.
Yes yes !! Rightly pointed by seema. The reviews in glassdoor and mouthshut.com are fake. Just see in mouthshut. They hv posted so many reviews within 4-5days in august month. The writing skill & all that praising shows that its fake. I joined in maven as bee. I left within a week. I was working with MD. He always asked us to stay for late night meetings which hardly happened. Instead I we had to sit and research about international companies. This we could do in our shift time also. There is no proper drop facility at night. You have to wait for the cce to logout. I had to wait 2hours extra for them almost worked for 11-12hours. Nothing to learn. You will work like a caller only.

Fraud !!! Fraud !!! Fraud company maven infotech !! All allegations are correct. Very true. Its the worst company to work with. Dont join this bullshit company.

My name is Ipshita Pathak. I am from Asansol. I am from poor family. After graduation I wanted to do job. I got a call from Maven Infotech. The HR told me she got my number from naukri.com. I went for interview and I got selected. I got Letter of Intent ( they do not provide any offer letter or appointment letter) . I was offered Rs.11000. I told them I will join after a week. I was so happy. My family was proud of me. Then I relocated in Rajarhat. I spent so much money in travelling plus relocating. After going to office on the 5th day the HR manager called me. She gave me a blank paper to sign. Then she told me that I am terminated. They didn’t even pay me for 5days earlier they told that its a paid training. Just block all the numbers from MAVEN INFOTECH.

Totally agreee with Seema. Each point is true. If anyone wants to join this company and try if you can manage to stay for 1-2month for pocket money. Then you may try. But if you are planning for a career then just do enter this office ever. Except for 4-5 employees none have even crossed 1 year in this company. Mostly abscond within few days or resign within 4-5months. 5 months is average stay for 60% of employees in this company. Only dumb and useless people stay , smart people always leave this fraud company.
