I requested for my cashless claim on 14/September/2016. Every day the hospital is receiving query. My surgery was planned for 21/Sep/2016. But due to delay in approval my surgery got postponed. It is difficult for me to understand why every day a new query is generated? When I approached the customer care, they say like “this is the last query and your will receive approval by end of day” but again a new query comes. The process is highly frustrating. Every day I have to call to customer care and have to complain again again for my cashless request.
