I had submitted a claim for surgery expenses around 1 months ago, since then they are delaying the process with any stupid reasons and asking for the same documents again and again.

I have submitted all the relevant documents . Medi assist raised a ticket but no further action has been taken .

Ticket number :- 550517

I am HPE employee and I have been advised to send email to ” Swagat Patnaik ” for any complain or updates but even he is not responding . I sent couple of emails to him .

Sorry but I am very disappointed with poor response from MediAssist team .

Hopefully after this complain some one action this case asap.
