On the 8th of February 2024 I ordered an appliance from this company and have not received it. My card was charged on the 8th. I looked up this company and it sells outdoor equipment. It looked like a good site but cannot find it now., How do I get my money back? there is no telephone number on my statement that I can call about the situation.

Placed order for battery operated blower . Money was taken out of my account, but, No email or tracking number…….Nothing……I can see they took the money. Money was taken out on 1/17/2024 trans fee of .84c and charge of 42.05..
Would like what I purchased or my money back.
