Subject: Salary Issue from the month of August till November 2016
Respected Sir/ Madam,
With due respect I want to state that I am Benuka Chetri as DEO of KV Panchgram, (0676) would like to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please :
1. I didn’t received my Salary from the month of AUGUST till date 2016. Salary pending from last 4 months
2. As per appointment letter it was mention that the salary will credit in my account before 9th of every month. But from my joining I didn’t received my salary in time.
4. I completed my SIX month tenure in 15 August, 2016. But no letter or email regarding the contract renewal received by from your office.
5. I am requesting your goodself to look into the matter as it is very difficult to survive without salary for such a long time.
Now it is my humble request to do the needful for the same and credit my pending salary from August to November 2016 .
I shall be highly thankful to you for your consideration.
