SIR,
I purchased a power bank as mobile accessories of mi company and at time of handing over the items no warranty paper has been given and the quality of the items is very frustrating.
further i complaint online the website given during selling of items no any firm reply has been made by the company. further i tried to contact the seller telephonically no answer has been made.
my order no are as follows

the day of handing over the items 28 january 2017.

as the items power bank was given with a free gift offer of memory card of 128 GBmade up of samsung company.

but the card dont have 128 gb memory in stead of 128 GB it has only 128 KB memory.

sir, please resolve the matter, iwill be thankful for your support.
