I have recived another product other than which I have ordered for.the device is also not functioning properly,it is not providing the expectable charging backup.Therefore I want the product which I have ordered for,or the money to be refunded.The product also seems to be duplicated because an external striker has been ..stamped over the original one..which is easily visible.so I would like my money to be refunded.
