I have ordered a phone, Mi Note 5 (4 GB + 64 GB) and it has been few days and still they have not shipped my mobile till now. On opening the My orders page the following message is coming:

Your order has been delayed. we regret the inconvenience caused. Use the TRACK option below to know the current status. For any further assistance, please reach out to us at 1800 103 6286.

I am not able to get anything from anywhere. Please let me know when will i receive my mobile or just let me know when will you ship my handset.
