I got the offer in Facebook by tacdeal.com for 20000mah MI power bank at Rs 1099/- + shipping fee 50/- total Rs 1149/-…I ordered that product.. I got the product yesterday ie 10 january 2017 and I open the parcel and I started charges the POWER bank first it was charging but when I charge my phone it was not working… so that I want to return the product but in tacdeal site there is no proper contact number… in contact us page they provide only the mail.. ie [email protected]. for that mail I mailed to requesting for contacting me so many time but there is no response from their side… please help me to return this defective product… thank you
