I have booked a Redmi 3s prime. cell phone with shopazz.com and payment for Rs 8499/- made through my debit card on 9.5.2017.Order no.105687.But the order has cancelled automatically by shopazz on 12.5.2017 and said that my money will be refunded within 7 days.But my money is not refunded after lapse of 1 month. kindly redress my grievances.
