This is to inform you that since Wednesday night ( 14-10-2020) my internet is not working. ( Account 1010648036) registed name is Anirudh Pole. After repeated complaints and calls the internet is still not working, very pathetic and irresponsible service. I have been facing this problem since day one.I have paid 6 months advance payment.Six to seven times a month I have to face this problem. I have taken this service as I’m working from home and what is the use if I am facing this problem often.NIBM Pune office is giving pathetic service.I have called several times to Mumbai office butjust giving fake commitments, and from NIBM Pune office I was in contact with ( Mr Ameya 72630 36797 ) I have called him 25 times , he didn’t pick a single call and did not bother to reply. I have call logs history. They are not bothered about what problems I am facing.I need to take this to the higher authority.
