I had recharged for Rs 250/- phone number 9343353637( Vodofone-prepaid) Karnataka Circle from website Mobile Top Up.co.in Recharge date & time-11-2-2014 at 12.27 PM.Order id MTP 11026303. The payment was made thru internet banking and transfer id was generated ( id-7617494 6q8736883 tr to 32173669294 SBI ( tr to INB ibibo web Pvt ltd). Amount debited to SBI SB A/c. But recharge didnot take place. My complaint over phone/email were not replied.

i have done a recharge of 500. the amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was not done. It is a fraud website. No reply from their customer support.

i also Recharged Rs 700.. i got Recharge done.. but not recieved transaction code and also recharge.. even my balaence deducted from acoount.. poor customer care support…
I recharged with 126 rs on my vodafone prepaid number, amount deducted successfully from my kotak account, however the recharge didn’t happen on my mobile number.
