Today I received a call. The caller is calling on behalf of Moneyview and is from Acpena.
Someone shouting and yelling threats to kill were illiterate.
The individual said, “They’re going to visit the address mentioned, even though we’re saying we don’t live there anymore,” and he then began using profane language and threatening rape.
Additionally, they don’t require the client they meet with to humiliate clients in front of others by disclosing loan information.
I have communicated with Accena on call, Moneyview’s email team, and its social media team. Keeping them updated despite such behavior is pitiful.
