I’m writing to formally complain to Moksh Abroad Education Agency about not getting my money back from the security deposit and other costs I paid to get into Orel State Medical University. The specifics of my complaint are listed below:

University: Orel State Medical University
Hostel: Hostel Number 10 (IND57)
Payments Made:
Security Deposit: $250
Hostel Rent (1 year): 40, 000 Rubles
Canteen Fees (10 months): 80, 000 Rubles
Additional Canteen Fees (2 months): 16, 000 Rubles
Refund Due:
Remaining Hostel Rent: 24, 000 Rubles
Remaining Canteen Fees: 48, 000 Rubles
Security Deposit: $250
Between January 21, 2023, and June 20, 2023, I lived in the hostel. I have not received my refund yet, despite Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha, a Moksh Abroad Education Agency representative, giving me numerous assurances.
In addition, the agency has been spreading false information among parents and students in response to my recent emails, claiming that statements made by the university and its distinguished dean are true. This is a serious act of provocation that is illegal under the Indian Penal Code.
Furthermore, Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha has engaged in dishonest activities that have damaged the reputation of Oryol State Medical University by falsely claiming to be a professor there.
I’ve been cooperative and patient, but I now feel that I have to ask for help from the proper authorities. I respectfully ask that your organization look into this issue and take the necessary steps to guarantee that I get my money back in full as soon as possible.
An overview of the problems:
Non-Refund of Fees: My security deposit and remaining fees are still not refunded, even after several assurances.
False Claims: Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha has falsely claimed to be a professor at the university, and the agency has spread false information.
Fraudulent Practices: The organization has committed fraud, harming its finances and reputation in the process.
Effects on Mental and Financial Well-Being:
My long-term financial and mental health have suffered greatly as a result of Moksh Abroad Education Agency’s dishonesty and lack of professionalism.
My security deposit and other fees have been withheld, which has put me in a difficult financial situation, upset my budget, and added stress to my already stressful situation.
In addition, the continuous deception, communication blocks, and false information spreading have resulted in severe mental anguish.
My general well-being and academic performance have been negatively impacted by the frustration and anxiety this experience has caused.
I want the authorities to act quickly and decisively to resolve this matter because the feeling of deceit and lack of resolution have been extremely upsetting.
I respectfully ask for your prompt attention to this matter. In order to recover the money that the contractor and the agency withheld, I will be forced to take additional action, including pursuing legal action and requesting assistance from the Russian Police, if I do not hear back from you or if the payments are not made on time.
I’ll also think about working with the media to raise awareness of this problem.
