I am complaining about mpokket harrassing me everyday by calling me from different phone numbers and moreover levying high interest rate on principal amount. I am under lot of stress and mentally distressed because of executives of Mpokket. They are using illegal methods which are not provided by RBI and that’s why calling from different phone numbers which cannot connect them to their app MPOKKET. Their high interest rates are not repayable as I am a student and took that loan during pandemic and now the payable amount is way much higher than the principal amount and moreover they have put bad impact on my credit score which have reduced my employement chances, Please someone help me.
