MTAILMODEECOM – Faulty CP PLUS CP-E35A CCTV Camera – Immediate Replacement Request

I purchased a CP PLUS CP-E35A 3MP Wi-Fi PT Camera (with 360° View, 2-Way Talk & Motion Alert Security) from the seller MTAILMODEECOM via Flipkart (Invoice No: FAAQ26003698669, dated 22-08-2025, Order ID: OD33525C263464747100). Within just a week of purchase, the camera has stopped recording continuously despite having a working SD card and stable internet connection.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Formatted and replaced the SD card (via both laptop and CP Plus app)

Verified the network connectivity

Enabled continuous recording mode in settings

Updated the camera firmware

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I also contacted CP Plus support and followed instructions to generate an RMA and approach a service center, but no action has been taken so far.

Since this is a brand-new product, I am not willing to accept a repair. As per consumer rights and warranty obligations, I am entitled to a full replacement of the defective unit.

This is causing inconvenience and financial loss, and I request urgent action. If the seller and manufacturer fail to resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act.
