I placed an order for 66 nos of VCD’s / DVD’s on 2 September 2016. My Order No is 1157409362. I was sent confirmation on 10 September giving dispatch details. The parcel I received had only 25 titles out of 66 ordered. There was no packing list as well. I wanted to have a live chat on their web site. But, I always got message that their office is closed & was advised to send email using the same site. I have done the same a few times. I have tried calling their land line as well as mobile. No success. I have paid total amount of Rs 7, 515 along with the order. I am a NRI & could not opt for other payment options. The value of titles received is Rs 3, 961. As such, I have not received items worth Rs 3, 554. I am looking for getting the balance items or refund of my money.
