MyCaptain – Not giving approval for cancellation of auto debit option from account

I’ve signed up for a UI UX course on Mycaptain. However, I must withdraw from the course before enrolling for personal reasons. They have advised me to enable EMI in FIBE for a period of nine months. It is a choice for automatic amount deduction. However, since I am not currently enrolled in the course, they must revoke my enrollment and give Fiber permission to revoke the auto debit option. Progress is slower because my captain’s team is not responding in that way. To save money, I want to cancel the auto debit option right away.


How to file a complaint against MyCaptain?

* Go to page
* Write MyCaptain in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from MyCaptain.
