I booked a car through the mobile app of mychoize, booking id is RS/CHA/19-20/351089944.
The booking is cofirmed at 1.30 pm and payment is also done, at the time of pickup they firstly said they don’t have bookings.
After few minutes they said they don’t have any car to provide.
They making fool of me for 2 hours by saying they will provide another car. And at the end they canceled my booking through this i had canceled my flight also because I can’t reach the airport at time.
This company is not same what it use to be, get everything in writing before you rent from this company otherwise you will be ripped off,
