I had rented a car from www.mylescars.com on 08-12-2018 at 08:00 AM and returned it on 09-12-2018 at 09:00 AM. Deposit money of 5000 was taken from me with a guaranteed transfer back of full amount deducting 350 rs for car wash. But the company has returned only 765 /- rs from the advance and the rest 3823/- rs is not returned to me.
After multiple follow ups, on each occasion customer care executives promising it will be credited to my bank account within 2-3 days. It’s been close to 2 months and the answer is same. Below are my details and on request I can share the mail copies that are sent from Myles for false promise of money return.

Date and time of pick up – 08-12-2018 at 08:00 AM
Date and time of return – 09-12-2018 at 09:00 AM
Deposit amount – 5000 /- rs
Deposit returned – 765 /- rs
