Myself just buy an recharge from your site of BSNL for an amount of Rs 678/- which has not been recharged but the amount has been deducted from my account. The actual amount of recharge is Rs 699/- but got a discount of 3%. So, got the recharge amount on Rs 678/-. Will you kindly recharge it urgently or refund the amount as soon as possible.

I had recharged my BSNL Mob nos 9449249736 by manking payment through my Credit Card for Rs499 with Rs15 off and net amount Rs484/- today 21/7/21.However the payment did not go through. However the amount was charged to my Credit Card. Request to refund the amount immediately.

The amount was debited from my bank Account
But I did receive any recharge
