On 11-06-2021 in between 2206 hours to 2210 hours, I opened Google and further requested for recharging my Tata Sky DTH connection through website myPANgramCashfree for Rs 709/-. Website offered me some discount and charged Rs 687/- continuously at 2206 hours and 2210 hours respectively but did not recharge my Tata Sky connection. The payment is debited from my account and made to above website vide Transaction No. 116220067708 and …….7874 vide Terminal Id No. 84203389 at Mumbai. I donot know what to do and what action to be taken against website myPANgramCashfree. This website is fraud and created for cheating innocent people. Hence, I file my complaint as above, please.

I’ve pay the payment for recharge amount got deduct recharge not done
My wife come with her phone and ask me to transfer rs 10 thro card . As I was totally unaware of matter I thought it might be for some fees of tution class as today daughter was going for entrance of Allen . So I start processing my card payment through her mobile but on other side person was in very hurry as wife is talking with him I took the phone and ask to have patience but as soon as I hear the voice of that person I understood that he is fraud; but at mean time I tranfer rs 10 . Wife bsnl phone was temporarily disconnected and she was tring to start that phone .Hope no further problem come in future. Dt 27/3/22 time 10.30 am
I have recharged my BSNL mobile 9957179082 on 09/03/2022 through my credit card number xxxxxxxxxxxx4422 an amount Rs.397, they give discount RS.11 and Rs.386 has been debited from my account but reacharge not done. But still 4days past neither reacharge been done nor return the amount to my account.
I have recharge my tatasky tv which id no. 1082436162for 450 rupees but it show not successful but from my bank account 437 rupees deduct. So plz refund my money as soon as possible.

I made an on -line top-up for my BSNL Mobile No: 9432367600, today, just now, on 01.10.2021 at about 19-00 hours, for Rs. 110.00 only, – for which you claimed Rs. 107.00 only. This was paid through my Credit Card. THE AMOUN HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED IN FAVOUR OF MY MOBILE. THEN, WHERE HAS THE MONEY GONE ? PLEASE CREDIT THE MONEY TO TOP-UP ACCOUNT FOR MY SAID MOBILE OR REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. OTHERWISE I SHALL TAKE IT UP WITH APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES INCLUDING CYBER CRIME POLICE DEPT.
