Ordered two boat Bluetooth earbuds on myshopify.com about one and half months ago and didn’t receive it until now. They took an online payment of 500 rupees and neither processed the order delivery nor refunded the money. The website or page is not to be found anywhere anymore. Email id and phone number were provided but the receipt wasn’t received in message or mail. There has been no notifications from the website in any form until now. Please look into either delivering the order or refunding the money.
