I placed an order for a TWS wireless digital bone conduction earphone on a Facebook website.
Order number 1048, dated 20.1.2024. The order was for cash on delivery. This morning, I paid the couriers Rs. 1000 after receiving the order.
Upon opening the package, I discovered a standard Bluetooth earphone within. Very surprised to see that. How these individuals were defrauding the customers.
They sent it on purpose in an attempt to deceive online shoppers. There is no name or phone number to contact on the cover.
Moreover, there is no from address. On one side of the box, “shipped by warehouse 17257” is visible, but it is written in extremely small letters that make it impossible to read.
The box is empty of any bills or invoices. I believe I was duped by the seller. When I attempt to get in touch via email.
He is a phony seller, then. It indicates that it has been shipped from Delhi on the tracking website. Watch out for this vendor. My shopify.com store.
