I am from UAE and I booked a return ticket through Mytickets.ae booking reference No 7QBSBCS1 for Mumbai. For personal reason I am not able to travel so I requested to cancel the ticket and request for a refund almost a month in advance of my travel. I was asked to submit online request for refund which I submitted. I got a message from them showing a deduction of 650 Dhs (for penalty/Service charge/Extra) and over and above that they are asking me to pay 160 Dhs as Myticket Service fee. This is terrible way of cheating people. I want to inform everyone that PLEASE DO NOT book your tickets through Mytickets.ae. In fact the Government of Dubai should take stern action against this portal as they are cheating people.
I had make paymnet for the ticket yesterday for etihad airways but still i didnt recieve my ticket.
Kindly issue the ticket as sokn as possoble.
