I had taken naswiz holiday package, but later i cancel that package even i don’t accept that package from currier.

Package initiate date : 6/3/2017
Package cancel request date : 9/3/2017

I read carefully the company cancellation policy, as per their policy within 1 month customer will get refund amount, for a proof i have attached that refund policy as a photo. As per policy i am eligible for the refund amount.

After cancellation first i talk with ramakant, but bcz of his rude behavior i directly start talking with customer care of naswiz ([protected]).

Customer care ask for time, after 1 month continuous talking they start rude behavior and refer me to talk with ramakant aagin.

Ramakant take time 1 month again, means upto end of april 2017. At the end of april he is start talking same thing, like – “it will take time”, “its not in my hand”, “give me a customer for replace your package”..

2 month is more then enough for refund amount for any company, but after 2 month if a customer not get any positive result but company with their agent try to harassment a customer repeatedly then we have no another option then go ahead with consumer forum.
