On 14th, April 2021, I placed an order for an Electronics product through the info.nationpioneer account on instagram page. I paid for my order through Google pay to NK INTERNATIONAL and got a normal direct message on the same day that says “thanks for your purchase from nationspioneers! we’ll notify you when it ships. View order with its link” the link is not working and it not even have tracking path for my order. On the same day, I got an another direct message with it name as OTP in that it says “your order from nationspioneers has been shipped”, today is 20th, April 2021. Almost 6 days gone and I didn’t get my order, I left a compliant report in info.brandsholic and sent a direct mail to this brandsholic, even this company page is not available now. I have all the proof to justify my compliant, either I need my order to reach me or I should get my refund money that I paid for my order and one more thing, I need the higher official to take an action over this company, to block this company and related to this company because i am not the very first one who compliant over this company, around the social media to avoid people losing their money on this company. Kindly, notice my compliant and take action on it.
