1. The service persons donot provide correct information about the charges. At the begining of the service they quote a particular amount and at the end of sevice they bill a much greater amount than initially quoted. In my case they quoted 480 rps as the cost of the service and charged 620 rps at the billing counter when asked about the same, they make up stories saying it was the half amount quoted. Whhen asked they should be quoting the correct amount. The proof is attached for information
2. They charge tax amount of 15% but they donot specify what tax is it for.Their charges are already high and addition to it they charge 15% , which is large amount.
