Dear Sir,Maam.

Good day!

i went to the ATM Machine to deposit money, but machine toke my card.
i visited the bank to ask for new card and the reason for taking my card they told me there is money you have to settle it, i told them i don’t know anything about it from where this amount come from, they told me this from your saving account i told i don’t know anything about it as this account is open by my company not me, please help me to waive this amount as i need my card to start transferring my salary to NBD account, they said no, first you have to pay all pending amount.

i kindly request you help me with this case at the earliest possible as i need to start transferring my salary to NBD account.
