The Dec 2013 cheque for interest on fixed deposit has bounced. After many attempts managed to talk to Mona from their fixed deposit department on 24 Jan. She said to represent which I did but cheque bounced again. Have incured bank charges of Rs. 250…am now unable to contact compant as company not responding

Two of my FDs matured on 26th June 2014, but despite my desperate follow up, I have not received my money. I don;t know what to do?
Hi,
I had similar experience with Neesa recently, their cheques bounced and no payment. I am planning to file a criminal case under IPC as this is a criminal offense.
what is the status of your FD?
