I placed online order on 07/11/23 IN we site of NETEX.COM for 2 in one vaccume cleaner wireless vide oreder id NNEKVS1082521 and the item was packed and sent by Shiprocket and delivered by Blue dart on 23/11/2023. After opened the package the article in the package was found broken. I made correspondence to return the same to blue dart who delivered and with Shiprocket who packed but till date nothing heard.
