Sir/Madame,
My order no is 500824922. I had ordered for a neutrogena – banish the oil combo pack comprising of a neutrogena moisturiser and an oil free acne wash but instead of the latter, NYKAA has sent me their ultra sheer sun block Which costs cheaper than the face wash. I have mailed, messaged, called and even tweeted , but NYKAA doesn’t give a damn about their customers. Sir, I want my order to be rightfully replaced ( subject to product availability)or in case of not then, my amount to be refunded at the earliest.
