They overcharge for services that are agreed upon during negotiations and deliver household goods late.
When given an estimate or quotation, they only request 7,000, but after packing and removing my household, they demand extra money (16592) and threaten to ship my possessions if I don’t send them any.
They are confirmed over the phone, and if you pack your things the following day, we will deliver; but, three days later, we still haven’t received our delivery.
As a result of this unpleasant scenario, we are quite upset and stressed out.
