New Era structural Technologies P Ltd company is Delhi based company whose office is B 11 first floor Sector 19 Noida is a fraud company and involves in a fraud with the investors of Madhyam Varghiya Bhukhand Avantan at Tappal Jewar. They had collected from us rs 10018080 for two plots bearing number I 17 and I 18 I.e.50% of their cost but still waiting for possession of plots. They had sold the allotted land to some other builders and neither They are refunding the money to us even after more than 10 years had been passed. Further I had filed a case against them in Consumer court where they had given false undertakings which is again a case of doing contempt of court proceedings. Intact they had asked to pay us the proceeds in the account of YEBA at ICICI bank at Preet Vihar Delhi which is mentioned in their brochure but now they are saying that YEBA is a different concern and New Era Structural Technologies had no relation with the new entity YEBA. Their firm is not registered with RERA also. RERA had not ready to listen cases against them.
They have two directors named Mr Shammi Bhandari and his son Himanshu Bhandari as both of them are fraudester.
I request the concerned authorities to take a severe action against them
