I saw the advertisement of a living room leather set designs single comfort leisure chair single sofa @ Rs. 745.00, by advertiser Bloom Beachh, on the 13th of June, 2021. I liked the product and placed order for one chair and paid for the same via Razorpay the amount of Rs. 782.25 (including taxes). The payment was shown on my credit card statement as paid via razorpay to Nilkanth Exotica. I received an order acknowledgement email from Bloom Beachh but nothing thereafter. There is no update on despatch of goods nor a way for me to track the shipment. I have seen the advertisement on facebook and I am unable to find a way to complain to facebook also as they should also be accountable to check authenticity of their advertisers. I am also unable to find any way of filing a complaint with razor pay as they too do not have any redressal link.

I ordered two sofa set chair on 27 June, 2021 with bloom beach, order number 1453, Rs. 1,317.8. I received a confirmation email reading, will contact you once you order is ready to dispatch. I made couple of follow but no reply to the email nor anyone contacted me. I saw the ad on Facebook and placed the order. I made the payment via Razor pay. I am not able to find any of there contact details except email ID but no response to the emails. I want to raise the complain and get back the money.
