Hi myself Neeraj Jain,

Pl. note the time period in consumer court is 2 years from the date of writtern comunication other wise its time bared.

I am in a case at consumer court at Greater Noida Consumer Forum I booked a plot at NH 58, Gaziabad, please note in the prayer never ever mention to shift from on project to other as company always ask to showing the are your well wishers. Always ask only for refund with interest and mention a fraud case as they had cheated.

Pl. call all lets join our hands as we all can take on him togather as courts are also favouring the groups as it seems.
