Nobroker – service is pathetic

I chose Nobrokers’ Buyer’s Paid Service, and Ms. Nandini was given the responsibility of being my Relationship Manager.

While I don’t have any issues with my RM, I did find other relationship managers (RMs) who represent sellers and field relationship managers (whose job it is to facilitate buyer-seller meetings and property inspections) to have pitiful attitudes and approaches.

Without informing anyone, they repeatedly postponed property inspections.

Only after I arrived at the property, and even then, when I called to inquire about the whereabouts of FRMs who were supposed to be present there, did I learn of cancellations.

When asked about the lack of timely communication, their response was very informal and had a “take it or leave it” attitude.

Even expressing my concerns to senior management has proven fruitless. They vehemently refuted the existence of any grievance procedure and declined to provide the contact information for senior management.

Instead of making any serious effort to address my concerns or improve their service, they instead connected me with another RM or the so-called Team Lead so I could vent my rage.

Overall, the Field Relationship Managers Sridhar, Karthik, Suhal/Suhas, and the RMs representing sellers Sunil, Dhanush, and Divya provided a very poor experience.
