Non-activation of gas connection
At our home, we submitted an application for new connections in January 2023. Gas meter and pipeline installation took place in March 2023.
The installation team gave us the assurance that within 14 days of the installation date, the gas connection and supply will be operational.
The concerned team, however, has not used such a procedure.
We have followed up with the local IGL team several times, but we have not received any encouraging responses.
Please take a look into the matter, take the necessary action, and find a lasting solution.
