On 25/09/2921 I came accross the online shopping Platform NUTSHOP.IN in MARKET PLACE item in FACEBOOK. They had advertised sale of various nuts .Among the goods advertised for sale was Mix-dryfruits Pack of 1kg @₹349 per packet. As the advertisement came in the popular Social Media ,FACEBOOK’s MARKET PLACE,I did not suspect any fraud or foul play. I ordered for 1packet of Mix-dryfruits and paid the price of ₹349 online from my Bank Account ,using Debit Card..SMS for payment of money was received in my cell phone and email. The company confirmed the order no .#1197 in the email and there is a tab “VIEW YOUR ORDER” in the email. They also noted their email id [email protected] to raise any questions on the order.
As I did not hear anything from the Company,I wrote to them in email regarding the fate of the order.No reply has been received for the email and reminder.
On tapping on VIEW YOUR ORDER,it is seen that The store is unavailable.
Now I infer that I have been cheated.
