Two week s back i have placed an order, till date that is 6th march 2018 i have not received my ordered product. Please look into the matter and help me in resolving the issue. Thanks.
I have ordered 3 Octa Air antennas, on the 14/03/2018. Decided to give customer services a call today, the lady tell me it has been delivered to the post office I must give my shipment number they can trace it. I went to the post office all excited but they can’t use the shipment number to trace.
Decided to phone them again to explain and ask what the hell is going on. A Brandon from customer care take my call, once again my cell number came back on the call just to tell me there is a delay in shipment. Needless to say I have lost it. Really is this the way business is suppose to be done????
Two different stories of where my antenna’s are!!
Please either I need a REFUND OR MY ANTENNAS I will appreciate it if somebody can come back to me a.s.a.p. I am from Newcastle Kwa Zulu natal South Africa!!!
realize la compra el dia 30 de enero del2018 y no tengo ningua respuesta del vendedor ni del producto no se como en la red permiten estos tipos de estafas ya no hay sitios confiables para estas compras que lastima gran desepcion de estos servicios
