Description – I saw the offer for Office chairs being sold at a very low price on Google page. Hence, trusted google and opened the link. The link was ‘https://octros-in.myshopify.com/products/office-desk-chair-with-leg-rest’.
There were total 5 pages in the link for this product. I checked all the pages multiple times and then decided to purchase one Black color office chair which was for 1,390/-.
There was a Paytm wallet option available on the payment page. So I first transferred the amount to my Paytm wallet and then made the payment. My Paytm wallet was debited but I did not receive any order confirmation.
The next day I wanted to track my order, so I opened this link ‘https://octros-in.myshopify.com/products/office-desk-chair-with-leg-rest’, again but I couldn’t find any ‘My Orders’ or Track my Order’ tab on this link.
But there was an option where I could share my mail id and somebody would get back to me. But nobody has responded to me on my mail id till today. On 10th mar I again tried opening this link but now it was not opening at all.
Now I don’t know where my order is and feel I have lost my 1,390/-. I feel so cheated. I have never had such an online fraud experience before. Desired Solution for my complaint – Firstly, I want my Office Chair that I ordered.
If that is not possible, then please process a refund for my 1,390/-. I would be very grateful to you.
