With a heavy heart I have to say I have been cheated by Offereels.com site.I ordered a combo set of 3 Kurtis from Offereels.com site through YouTube on 1st November,2023.Expected to get same product as like I purchase from other shopping sites.But really I was stunned & surprised to see the Kurtis delivered on 8th November.These 3 Kurtis are completely different from that I ordered.And I have a sure doubt that these clothes are old,used & second-hand.I must say Offereels did cheat me,& it was my first order in Offereels.Now I want to return & get my money refunded.But there is no option to return or refund in this site.So kindly tell me the procedure to return the product & get my hard-earned money back which was taken by fraud.
