It’s a fraudulent company.
My order is is 3830793.
I had to pay 640 rs for 3 Anarkali dresses as shown in picture.
The picture was shown of 3 heavily embroidered designer Anarkali suits.
The offer mentioned that if you pay for 1 you get 2 free.And all 3 garments were shown in the picture. But what I was shocking.
I couldn’t believe my eyes . I received a torn worn out second hand ugly blue kurti. A garment worn by some slum dweller and then passed on to us.
I want to return it and
I want my money back.
It’s a shame how this kind of a fraudulent company is existing online as I after being cheated by them came across so many complaints against them,each customer having the same issue.
How is the police not talking any action to but them behind bars and ban the company who is every time successful in cheating people openly.

I am really hopeing that that I will get redressel from this consumer forum.
Iam glad that such a forum exists to take care of consumer complaints.
We all work hard to earn our money and any amount of money is valuable and hard earned.
Hence people like me can be a voice of many other consumers like me who have been duped but have got either lazy or have no time to follow up or couldn’t care much as it’s petty amount for some.
But it is soon we realise that it is our moral responsibility towards the society in which we exist so that we can create awareness amongst other consumers so that they don’t get into this kind of trap.
I have done my best by raising a complaint against this Offereels company and I would be really happy amongst all the others who have suffered like me if some severe action is taken against them.
Really pleading this complain form for justice and only if people get together by sending loads of complaints will this issue be sorted.
Hoping to you some kind of response to my complaint from your end.
That would keep encouraging ask consumers to always put a foot down when there is injustice in society. Hence, please support us by showing some positive action towards my complaint .
