I order a combo of 3 suits from offereels what I received was used and torn clothes. I called them on 9827891389 . I spoke a man asking me to download an ap which whatsapp prompted to be suspicious. I denied that they said that is the only way to get refund. I dont want to lose any money further hence did not download that and I am upset if government can do something about those fraudsters.
