My issue is that, when I booked my service, no one informed me that I would need to purchase securities for both my mother and myself as well as pay for an ID check and a police investigation.
I asked them about a refund, and they said that you had to follow all the procedures, so if I wanted a refund, I would have to make a payment. If I pay, they give me a refund.
