I ordered a butterfly handlebar from this website named olexabicycles.myshopify.com for 450 rupees through credit card. the payment was made successfully and was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days.
But after the payment I did not receive any acknowledgement from the site or details of my order. I have still not received the product nor any contact has been made by the site regarding the delivery till now.
There is no answer on the phone and I have not received any refund from the website. the site is still active and processing orders. please help in getting my money back.
