i ordered a rado watch worth rs.3999 from oliotr.com on 30th jan 2018.The product was delivered on 2nd feb 2018 and the order number was 7876. i opened it and its was small for my hand and also the quality was not worth the price.I called them to scheduled the pick for return.First they said if its not damaged you will get only 80% refund.
i said okay then the second call came and they said my senior team is not allowing me to refund you have choose another product ,you wont recieve any refund.
Please look into it and let me know.
