Om Careers provides HR consultancy service across India. I have worked in this organisation for a period of 28 days. I never received original copy of my offer letter from their side, they just handed me Xerox of the same and that too without any signature or stamp. On 28th day, the man whom I considered the owner of this company ( they never revealed these details, check their website for reference) asked me to give resignation which I did. Since that I have visited that organisation thrice, they never gave me any clear answer about my salary. Not only this , they haven’t sent me any relieving letter in any form. It’s been more than 45 days since my last day in this organisation.
